When Prime Minister Sardar Tanveer Ilyas Khan along with his delegation reached the Sindh Assembly, opposition leader Haleem Adil Sheikh and members of National and Provincial Assembly led by Tehreek-e-Insaf parliamentary leader in Sindh Assembly Khurram Sher Zaman welcomed the Prime Minister Azad Kashmir. Members of National Assembly Faheem Khan, Captain (retd) Jameel and Attaullah Khan, while members of Sindh Assembly Sajjad Awan, Shahnawaz Jadoon, Shahzad Qureshi, Arsalan Taj, Adeel Farooqui, Shabbir Qureshi, Raja Azhar and President Pt. Karachi Aftab Siddiqui was included. Azad Kashmir Prime Minister Sardar Tanveer Ilyas Khan said that Azad Kashmir has investment opportunities in tourism, industrialists, hydropower, IT and other sectors. A dry port is being built at Mirpur and railway tracks are being laid to it. Both airports in Muzaffarabad and Rawalkot will be restored and an international airport will be built in Mirpur. He said that big investors of Sindh should invest in Azad Kashmir, we will give them all necessary facilities including tax and electricity exemption. The only demand from the investors is to provide maximum employment to the local people. Our people are largely illiterate and unemployed. Azad Kashmir Prime Minister Sardar Tanveer Ilyas Khan said that a special desk is being established in Mirpur to coordinate with the investors of Karachi. Ex-minister and senior leader of Tehreek-e-Insaf Salim Butt and PTI of Azad Kashmir Karachi have been appointed to coordinate with the investors of Karachi. President Sardar Maqsood Zaman will be the focal person. On the invitation of the Prime Minister, all the members belonging to the PTI National and Provincial Assembly agreed that the independent region needs investment to become economically self-sufficient and the investors of Karachi, Azad Kashmir. will also visit and invest in various sectors. Members of the National Assembly and Provincial Assembly said that the provincial governments and the members of the assembly will have full contact with the Azad Kashmir government and the elected representatives.
